how can i get house restoration and repair informations?

recently i bought a old house in foreclosere dont know from where to start, it need lot of repairs,
I plan to do all repair myself,

I agree with the first step, get a home inspection. Make a list of everything that needs to be repaired due to safety concerns and mark off those items you can do yourself. Then get 3 bids from contractors who can do the work that you cannot. Decide whether you want to hire one contractor who can do all the repairs or whether you want to hire a plumber to just do the plumbing repairs, etc. Sometimes it is more convenient to hire just one contractor, but then if you run into problems, delays, or unforseen circumstances all of your eggs are in one basket. GET EVERYTHING in writing, materials, labor hours, estimated completion date, worker’s compensation, license, insurance, bond numbers and make certain that the information is valid before you and the contractor sign the agreement. Check with the Better Business Bureau and your local Chamber of Commerce for references. Ask the contractor for 3-5 references of clients for whom the same or similar work has been performed within the last year. Visit the sites and ask questions, Was the work completed on time & budget, did the workers show up when promised, did they experience any unforseen problems, did the contractor or client supply the materials, etc. Make sure your own liability insurance is paid up to date. Most importantly, if you can be there each and every time materials are being delivered or work is being done. Take a lot of pictures or video as much as you possibly can, before during and after. Prioritize the work that needs to be done as to urgent (i.e. safety concerns), important (i.e. comfort, like having a working heater, AC, toilet functioning), cosmetic (i.e. landscaping, paint, wall, window and floor coverings) and convenient (dishwasher, trash compactor, garbage disposal) and sheer luxury (towel warmer, under floor radiant heat, steam and massager in shower). It depends a lot on whether the intention is to flip or live in the house as to how much you decide to tackle.
